This talented group of gymnasts works at the highest levels of the National Development Plan (NDP) and, for those that meet the age requirements, at 11-16 World Age Group level.

Tuesday: 6pm - 8.30pm
Wednesday: 6pm - 8.30pm
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 6pm - 9pm
Saturday: 1pm - 5.30pm
Sunday: 11am - 2pm
