GMPD stands for Gymnastics & Movement for people with Disabilities. This group is based at our fully fitted gymnastics facility, on the Redbridge school site and train on Friday 6-8pm.

This group of gymnasts have a variation of disabilities or special needs and this session caters for older children (age 10+), it is a competitive group and the based on Artistic Gymnastics. They compete in GMPD competitions at Regional and National level.

This group has been running for many years and we are proud that our many of these gymnasts that train in this group have been with the club for years and some are now qualified or training to be coaches themselves.

The session is now led by Lorna Clinton.
