Club Development Manager for Gymnastics Club

Salary: £ 20,000+ Depending on experience




The successful candidate will be expected to work with the Director of Coaching to manage and deliver all front of house services for our purpose built gymnastics facility in the grounds of Redbridge community school, and to support our satellite centres throughout the city and the New Forest. The candidate will also work with the Director of Coaching to build on our current success and expand our numbers of after school clubs and satellite centres, leading to more children having the opportunity to access and enjoy high quality gymnastics coaching.

Southampton Gymnastics Club is a Gymark accredited club enjoying a high reputation within the community. It has a 700 strong membership ranging in age from 3 months to adult and a gymnast ability range from recreational to national performance.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader of their team and have both recognised qualifications and hands on experience in people and facility management. The person will also need excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills, and a familiarity with MS office programmes is desirable. A current enhanced CRB/ISA will be required before the candidate will be able to commence working. The Club will expect the successful candidate to be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of its business within a 37 hour week.
