Recreational Centres
Classes are run in the School term time and are based all over Southampton. They are taught by qualified coaches who will teach a range of gymnastics skills. There is a choice of classes- floor and Vault (artistic), recreational, sports acrobatics, special needs and adult gym. Each Centre has a Centre competition and the winners of this compete in the annual Centre Finals Championships. Some Centres also enter other regional competitions. The Club has an annual Gala event which is performed at Southampton Guildhall in which all the Centres and the Elite Squad join together to produce a professional performance.
