Southampton Gymnastics Club offers the most comprehensive service for gymnastics of any city. 4 decades of experience have witnessed the club's repeated success upon the international, national and regional gymnastics scene.

The club caters for children from 18 months of age upwards, starting with its pre-school gymnastics programme, through to the international competitor, whereby specialist facilities and coaching expertise are offered.

The club has produced gymnasts who have achieved World medals and is recognised as a High Performance Centre for Sports Acrobatics. Multiple disciplines of gymnastics are offered, including tumbling, acrobatics, artistic, street cheer, freestyle, recreational, GMPD, trampolining and adult gym.

The club's headquarters are located at the Southampton Gymnastics Centre in the grounds of Redbridge Community School, which is purpose built for gymnastics.

It boasts a main hall complete with sprung floor, tumble track, fast track, sunken trampoline, and the unique feature of a 'gymnastics pit', which is essential for producing national champions. In addition there is a second sprung floor located in a separate gymnasium, a dance studio and a weights room
