Squad 2:

Squad 2 offers the gymnasts the opportunity to compete in the sport at club and regional competitions as well as performing in displays.  The gymnasts will train through Grades 1 to 4 in the National Development Plan in Pairs and Groups, as well as improving the gymnast's floor individual skills, block work for tops, bar work for bases, tumbling, flexibility and choreography.

Squad 3:

Within Squad 3 we have our more established competitive gymnasts. Squad 4 & 5:

Squad 4 and Squad 5 delivers an acrobatic gymnastics learning environment focused on nurturing the child’s unique abilities.  Squads 4 and 5 require a significant amount of dedication and hard work to reach the performance levels to be competitive in this country, with the view to compete internationally. The rewards of experiencing travel, social activities and life long lasting friendships gives the young gymnasts a wealth of experience that they can take forwards into their adult life.
