Gymnastics Parties:

Our fun and exciting Gymnastics Parties can cater for any age from pre-school tinies through to teenagers. The parties are set up to cater for the birthday child’s age. Any special requirements can be discussed in advance.

Gym Parties can be booked on Sunday afternoons and during the School holidays.

Cost for in the gym only parties:

£140 (£120 Members Rate) for 1 hour of exclusive access to our main gym, lead by our qualified British Gymnastics coaches. For up to 24 children - inclusive of the birthday child(ren). A 50% deposit is to be paid within 14 days of the provisional booking to secure your party. The remaining balance will be requested 14 days prior to the party date. 

Any child crawling or walking will be included in the count. 

To qualify for the Member's Discount the birthday child must be a Southampton Gymnastics Club member who is currently paying fees. 

Cost for party with use of the party room:

£200 (£180 Members Rate) for 1 hour of exclusive access to our main gym, lead by our qualified British Gymnastics coaches, followed by 45 minutes in our party room. For up to 24 children - inclusive of the birthday child(ren). A 50% deposit is to be paid within 14 days of the provisional booking to secure your party. The remaining balance will be requested 14 days prior to the party date. 

Any child crawling or walking will be included in the count. 

To qualify for the Member's Discount the birthday child must be a Southampton Gymnastics Club member who is currently paying fees. 

Additional Children:

You can add additional children to the party, up to a maximum of 36 children, at a rate of £10 per additional child.

Additional children must be agreed and paid for 14 days prior to the party to enable the Club to organise appropriate number of coaches for the coach : child ratio.

Cancellations:

Should Southampton Gymnastics Club have to cancel the booking for any reason, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made for the party. However, should you make the decision to cancel your party booking, any payment made to the club will be non-refundable.
