Display Teams

Southampton Gymnastics Club's Displays Teams will focus on basic partner work, vaulting, trampette, floor individuals and choreography. 

These groups are ideal for any gymnasts who love performing. They will perform at our Club Competition and annual Gala, as well as other possible display opportunties such as local fetes, festivals and regional GymFusion events.

Some basic gymnastics skills will be required for this group - It isn't suitable for beginners. 

Senior Diplay Team

3 sessions per week (entry by Invitation only) - 

Mondays 7.00-9.00pm, Tuesdays 7.00-9.00pm & Saturdays 3.00-5.00pm  - all sessions at our main site in Redrbidge

Junior Display Team

1 session per week (entry by Invitation only) - 

Tuesdays 6.30-8.30pm at Testwood School
